Rapunzel Cake
By far the most challenging cake I have ever made, but I loved every step. I had no Idea how I was going to make it. It was a huge learning experience.
Delivering the cake was quite possible the most terrifying trip ever and made me rethink tall cakes.
The whole thing stood about 62cm tall in the end.
